Summary

1632/05/07

Archivio di Stato di Roma (ASR)

The Accademia di San Luca, represented by its camerario [treasurer] and procurator Pier Francesco Rossi, petitions the civil court of the senator of Rome against Ercole de Giudici for payment owed on the rent of a house. The defendant is ready to pay, but asks first that the Accademia renovates the house, in its role as proprietor, and requests the vote of the congregazione dell’assettamento [that includes two collateral judges and the criminal judge].
