Overview: 50 prints and drawings by Henri Matisse, dating from 1906 to 1948, were displayed in conjunction with the exhibition Matisse in Morocco. In addition to works in several different media such as etching and lithography, the exhibition included stencil prints from Matisse's Jazz series, made late in the artist's life by a process of "drawing with scissors."
Organization: Ruth E. Fine, curator of modern prints and drawings, was the exhibition coordinator.
