Biography

Sir George succeeded his father (who was created Baronet in 1828) as Baronet in 1847. He served as a Member of Parliament for Styning, Kidderminster, and Poole. On 18 November 1819, he married Sarah Georgiana, eldest daughter of Richard, 2nd Lord Waterpark. They had three daughters: Juliana Cavendish, Emily Anne, and Louisa Georgiana.
