Three programs at the National Gallery highlight some of the best recent cinema from Finland: a biopic celebrating the life of artist and comic book creator Tove Jansson; a documentary about the creative team behind Aalto design and architecture; and new short films spotlighting the diversity of Finnish storytelling. Programmed in partnership with the Embassy of Finland, the Finnish Film Foundation, and the American Film Institute, Silver Theatre, where additional films will be screened as part of this series.
