The Accademia di San Luca, represented by its procurator Pier Francesco Rossi, petitions the civil court of the senator of Rome against Persiano de Sordis for payment owed on the rent of a house. The sum collected would be for Pasquasio Gualterio, but the Accademia asks instead for seizure as creditor of de Sordis.
