Summary

1631/11/29

Archivio di Stato di Roma (ASR)

The Accademia di San Luca petitions the civil court of the senator of Rome against Angelo Salvato Leonardo Miceno, Matteo Belsartino (represented by the procurator Ippolito), Felice Nazzarolo, Mazzio “Gerente,” Franchino “Cardelmenio,” and Curio “Lonanna,” debtors of the Accademia. There is also talk of profit on the “quarto dotale” [the fourth part of the dowry of a bride] and of the inheritance of Giovanni Antonio Virlini. The judge requests the vote of the congregazione dell’assettamento [that includes the two collateral judges and the criminal judge].
