27 huius domi dimissa copia eosdem citasse ad consignandum consignariique videndum
pecunias res et bona sequestratas alias relaxari mandatum
gratiosum et rigorosum ad primam diem Instantis eadem principali sive etc. Relatione facta comparuit D. Petrus
Franc.s de Rubeis Camerarius et petiit et Instetit ut supra omni etc.
Ex adverso idem et citra consensum etc. dixit fuisse penas ipso Comparentem
executo sequestro ad Instantiam D. Io.es Grippii
creditoris Franc.ci de Corneliis per acta Argeris obtent-
tur et decretis de consignando praedictis actis et ad
dependendum[4] suscepisse terminum prout paratus est doceri
dato termino Competenti ideo etc. alias etc.
Qui Ill. et Ex.s D. Iudex Sedens etc. Visis etc. Audutis etc. mandatum
petitur decrevit et relaxavit nisi ad primam diem cum intimatione omni etc.
