Summary

1630/03/05

Archivio di Stato di Roma (ASR)

The Accademia di San Luca, represented by its procurator Pompeo Lazzari, petitions the civil court of the senator of Rome against Giovanni Macerata, Bartolomeo la Faggia, Domenico Lognazzino, Andrea Benedetti, Cristoforo Spinelli, Bartolomeo Bembello, Francesco Maestrino, Francesco Pazzini, Giovanni Battista Montano, Ottavio Milanese, Giovanni Persirone, Giulio Cesare Navilio, Antonio Manginello, Marcello Nagrante, Vincenzo della Greca, Fabrizio Giolo, Giulio Cesare Cruccas, Girolamo Panza, Luca Fiammingo, Ippolito Segolino, Francesco Malaguida, Giulio Cesare Zucca, Gaspare Martignoni, Riccardo Gallo, Guglielmo Inglese, Francesco Malavia, Tullio Rosario, Francesco Fortunati, and Guido Ubaldo [Abbatini] for payment owed for the association fees and the withdrawal of their licenses. Marcello Nagrante (who claims not to have an embroidery workshop and therefore not required to pay), Francesco D’Antonio (who claims not to live in the house of the aforementioned Giulio Cesare Cruccas), Giulio Cesare Navilio (who declares that he is too young to have a shop), and Ippolito Segolino (who claims not to have an embroidery workshop and therefore not required to pay) intervene.
