The Accademia di San Luca petitions the civil court of the senator of
Rome against Sebastiano Carraro. The judge decides to seize the money
and assets of Carraro, but Giovanni Francesco Tinello, husband of
Collarare, living in the street near Lucio de Comitibus, intervenes to
argue that the defendant did and does not live in the house indicated.

Pro Accademia Pictorum principale contra Sebastianum Carrarium
ex adverso principalem. Nicolaus Curia Capitolii mandatarius retulit in scriptis se die 30 Novembris domi dimissa copia eidem inti-
masse qualiter D. mandavit consignari pecunia, res, et bona

sequestrata, et quodcumque mandatum necessarium et opportunum decrevit et
relaxavit et alias prout in actis Instante eadem principale sive etc.
Ex adverso D. Ioannes Franciscus Tinellus degens in via ten-
dendis ad Lucium de Comitibus, conspecto cloachae pu-
blicae, et cuiusdam mulieris Collarare qui medio iuramento tactis etc. dixit dictum
Sebastianum Cavarium nunquam habitasse nec habitavi
in domo ipso comparentis in qua executa fuit
dicta Intimatio qualiter D. mandavit consignari Ideo etc. alias etc.
