Mandatarius retulit in scriptis se die 17 huius domi dimissa Copia et in manibus domesticorum
eosdem Citasse ad videndum aperiri Votum DD. de
assettamento, et Iuxta illius formam pronunciari res-
pondendumque positionibus alias in actis datis alias
videndum pronunciari haberi pro confessatis ad primam diem
Instantibus eisdem principalibus sivè etc. Relatione facta comparuit D. Pompeius de Lazzaris
procurator et accusata contumacia etc. petiit ut supra.
Qui PerIll. et Ad.m Ex.ns D. Iudex et Curiae Capitolii Primus Collateralis Sedens etc. Visis etc. Auditis etc.
aperuit Votum DD. de assettamento et Iuxta illius
formam pronunciavit articulos pro confessatis ut
