Urbis principali contra Infrascriptos ex adverso nominibus de
quibus in actis ex adverso principales et procuratorem respective Videlicet
Ill. D. Thiberium, et Iacobum de Alberinis
D. Sebastianum Mansuetum ex adverso assertis procuratorem.
Hieronimus Curiae Capitolii Mandatarius retulit in scriptis se die 31 Maii
proximi passati domi dimissa Copia eosdem Citasse ad videndum
mandari aperiri Votum DD. de assettamento
et Iuxta illius formam pronunciari esse res-
pondendum positionibus In actis datis, nec non
respondendum Iuxta formam monitorii contra
ipsos exequuti alias videndum pronunciari
