The Accademia di San Luca, represented by its procurator Pompeo Lazzari, petitions the civil court of the senator of Rome against Tiberio and Giacomo, sons of Paolo de Alberini, represented by their procurator Sebastiano Mansueti. The judge asks the defendants whether or not they have any intention of accepting their father’s inheritance and, if so, that they nominate a trustee. The procurator for the two brothers confirms their intention to accept their father’s inheritance.
