The Accademia di San Luca petitions the civil court of the senator of Rome against Francesco de Corneli. As the procurator already took the iuramentum de calumnia [oath of slander], the judge decrees and issues the order of payment, and cites the two parties to appear the following Friday April 21st at the 14th hour in the notary’s office in order to have the requisite fee calculated.
