Designer of stage sets and gardens and of decorations for festivities, funerals, etc. A pupil of Paolo Landriani and Giovanni Pedroni, Sanquirico worked mainly for La Scala in Milan. His stage set designs were published in the Raccolta di Scene Teatrali, which also contained projects by other artists realized between 1819 and 1824. The Raccolta di varie Decorazioni Sceniche, Milan 1827, contained a selection of Sanquirico's stage sets designed for La Scala.
