Biography

Susan Greene Amory was born 1840, the daughter of Charles Amory [1808-1898] and his wife Martha Babcock Greene Amory [1812-1880] Susan was the great-granddaughter of the artist, John Singleton Copley. She married Franklin Gordon Dexter [1824-1903] and had a son, Gordon Dexter [1864-1937]. Susan died in 1924.
