Biography

The second cousin and successor of Thomas Graham, 7th of Balgowan and Baron Lynedoch, Robert Graham sold the Balgowan estate in 1844. He was succeeded in his own estate of Redgorton after his death in 1859 by his nephew, James Maxtone Graham, 13th of Cultoquhey, Perthshire [Scotland].
